- Adhere to strict client-specific formatting guidelines and style sheets.
- Manage daily quotas and meet strict deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data security standards at all times.
- Utilize specialized transcription software (e.g., Express Scribe, Dragon NaturallySpeaking) effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional transcription experience.
- Exceptional typing speed (75+ WPM) and accuracy.
- Strong command of the English language, including medical and legal terminology.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and transcription foot pedals.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
