Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Lead the definition of the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends in Generative AI and Quantum Computing.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee a team of data scientists and engineers to prototype and validate advanced AI architectures.
- Technical Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and efficient systems that integrate seamlessly with existing cloud infrastructures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable development goals.
- Patent & Publication: Drive innovation by filing patents and publishing research papers in top-tier AI conferences.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and large language model (LLM) fine-tuning techniques.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical roadmaps and influencing product direction.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
