Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technological roadmap for 2026 and beyond, focusing on AI integration, Web3, and quantum-readiness.
- System Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance systems that leverage emerging technologies.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends to determine their applicability to our business goals.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Project Execution: Oversee the research and development of proprietary algorithms and machine learning models.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Blockchain technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systems.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and executive leadership.
