Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, bio-digital convergence) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with ESG and market expansion goals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and venture teams
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven impact models
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and startups for early-stage tech scouting
- Design governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment and ethical tech adoption
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP, CFP) preferred
- Experience with patent development and IP commercialization strategies
- Fluency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech disruption initiatives
