- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in the 2025-2027 timeframe
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future tech strategies into enterprise risk frameworks
- Present innovation blueprints to stakeholders with compelling visualizations and ROI projections
- Establish KPIs to track technology adoption readiness and market impact
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with $1M+ budgets
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Roadmapping
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards of directors
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption (IEEE, Harvard Business Review)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and predictive analytics platforms
