Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI integration in enterprise systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping sustainable tech solutions for 2026 market needs
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation labs
- Conduct foresight analysis on emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, bio-hybrid systems)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused methodologies
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D funding through compelling innovation proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum solutions to enterprise level
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging technologies
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Deep understanding of global tech policy implications for 2026
- Strong network within DARPA, NSF, or equivalent innovation ecosystems
- Expertise in sustainable tech lifecycle management (cradle-to-cradle)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
