Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- PhD in Computer Science or related field from Tier 1 institution
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives to $100M+ ARR

- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
