Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields (quantum, biotech, AI governance)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof technologies into solutions
- Analyze global tech policy implications and advise on compliance strategies
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-tech incubation program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic initiatives to commercial viability
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience with global tech policy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
