Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities through 2026
- Develop innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons and KPIs for technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future tech concepts into actionable business initiatives
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Monitor global tech patents, academic research, and startup ecosystems for competitive insights
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in futures methodology, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Strong understanding of AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence points
- Experience developing long-term tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
