Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain 2026 technology roadmaps with 5-year strategic impact projections
- Collaborate with C-suite to align technology investments with business objectives
- Build and manage an innovation ecosystem of startups, research institutions, and industry partners
- Present technology insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Define KPIs for technology adoption success and ROI measurement
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future tech integration methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization (blockchain, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight accreditation
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed technology journals
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
