- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors and executive committee
- Manage a $15M innovation budget and oversee vendor/partner ecosystems
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and sustainable tech deployment
- Mentor technical teams on future-proof architecture and agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives in Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, and sustainable tech domains
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation management
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets
- Certifications in TOGAF, Scrum Master, or similar strategic frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
