Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and prioritize R&D investments
- Present technology insights and recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia to drive innovation
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Oversee pilot programs for cutting-edge technologies with measurable ROI analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or advanced R&D roles
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or AR/VR
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner, CTO Academy preferred)
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
- Prior work with Fortune 500 companies or high-growth tech startups
- Published thought leadership in future-tech journals or industry conferences
