Qualifications

- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, decentralized systems, AI governance
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting (e.g., CFTE, APF)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (GDPR, AI Act)
- Strong financial acumen for technology ROI modeling and investment strategy
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or future studies
