Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics or equivalent innovation credentials

- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems in 2026
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
