Responsibilities

- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech startups
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to the executive board
- Manage R&D budget allocation for experimental projects
- Ensure compliance with evolving tech regulations and ethical standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, MIT Sloan)
