- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready initiatives
- Author high-impact foresight reports and trend briefings for executive audiences
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Monitor competitive intelligence and disruptor landscapes
- Present findings to boards and investor groups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or trend analysis
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
