Responsibilities
- Develop long-term strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives on disruptive innovation
- Produce trend intelligence reports on quantum computing, neurotech, and climate resilience
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof business models
- Represent company at global futurist forums (Davos, World Economic Summit)
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders Academy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record publishing in Future Studies Journal or similar
- Expertise in systems thinking and probabilistic scenario modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, biotech, nanotech)
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience with Delphi method and horizon scanning methodologies
