- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework for technology and societal evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive trends and innovation opportunities
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and think tanks
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype next-generation solutions
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and strategy analysts
- Present findings at global industry conferences and executive summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of influencing C-suite decisions with future-oriented insights
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major publications
