Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer interactions via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM PST)
- Resolve technical issues and product inquiries with precision and empathy
- Document cases in CRM systems with detailed notes and resolution steps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex account issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution targets
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge through continuous training modules

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in B2B or technical support
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
