- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless customer handoffs
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics including resolution time and satisfaction scores
- Identify trends and escalate complex issues to senior specialists
- Participate in ongoing training and knowledge base updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and remote work tools
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure nocturnal environments
- Previous night shift experience strongly preferred
