As a key member of our support team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients during off-peak hours, ensuring seamless service and resolving complex issues with empathy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone during the assigned night shift window.
- Triage and resolve technical issues and account-related questions for a diverse client base.
- Document all customer interactions and issue resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure continuity of support and seamless handovers.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to product features or service protocols.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience when assisting customers who may be frustrated.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting without direct supervision.
- Basic proficiency with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) and remote desktop tools.
