Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls, chats, and emails during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Resolve technical issues, billing inquiries, and service disruptions using CRM systems
- Document cases accurately in Salesforce while maintaining quality metrics
- Collaborate with global teams during handover periods for seamless continuity
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA and PCI compliance standards for data security
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues remotely
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and proficiency with CRM platforms
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office space
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced night shift conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
