Responsibilities
- Operate Heavy Machinery: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Load & Unload: Manage the precise loading and unloading of trailers and shipping containers during the night shift.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate logs of inventory movements and equipment usage.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and minor maintenance on provided equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Valid Certification: Must hold a current forklift operator certification (we will provide training for other equipment).
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory tracking and equipment handling.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with the night shift supervision team.
