Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for enterprise systems via phone, chat, and ticketing systems
- Monitor network infrastructure and proactively address security vulnerabilities
- Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams during system deployments and updates
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Conduct quarterly system audits and performance optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support or system administration
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network issues
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (9 PM - 6 PM MST)
- Excellent written communication for technical documentation
