Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise systems during overnight hours
- Monitor network infrastructure, servers, and cloud services using advanced monitoring tools
- Resolve complex hardware/software issues with minimal downtime
- Execute scheduled system maintenance and security patches
- Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global IT teams during handover periods
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance tuning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for network, hardware, and software issues
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira
