Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software systems
- Monitor network infrastructure and resolve critical outages
- Deploy and maintain company-provided equipment across facilities
- Document technical procedures and update knowledge base
- Collaborate with global teams during system migrations
- Conduct regular security audits and compliance checks
- Train end-users on new technologies and protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support or related technical role
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification (or equivalent)
- Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
- Proficiency in virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network/hardware issues
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license for equipment transport
