Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone during the night shift.
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot customer problems efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor system performance and alert the technical team to any anomalies.
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless handovers of ongoing issues.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, IT helpdesk, or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote, night-shift environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
