Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage a high-volume queue of incoming support tickets via Zendesk/Slack.
- Provide tier-1 technical troubleshooting and resolution for software, hardware, and network issues.
- Document all customer interactions, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps accurately in the CRM.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the day-shift team to ensure continuity of service and knowledge transfer.
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and professional communication at all times.
- Identify patterns in recurring issues and suggest improvements to the knowledge base.
- Adhere to all company security protocols and remote work policies.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associateās degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, help desk, or technical support roles.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home office space.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work the night shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar) with reliability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools.
