Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and manage a high-volume queue of incoming support tickets via Zendesk/Slack.
  • Provide tier-1 technical troubleshooting and resolution for software, hardware, and network issues.
  • Document all customer interactions, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps accurately in the CRM.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the day-shift team to ensure continuity of service and knowledge transfer.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and professional communication at all times.
  • Identify patterns in recurring issues and suggest improvements to the knowledge base.
  • Adhere to all company security protocols and remote work policies.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, help desk, or technical support roles.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home office space.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work the night shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar) with reliability.
