Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and remote access for enterprise clients
- Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues including network connectivity, system crashes, and security breaches
- Document all support interactions using ticketing systems with detailed resolution steps
- Collaborate with global teams during critical system outages and maintenance windows
- Proactively monitor systems using advanced monitoring tools to prevent service disruptions

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of technical support experience in a 24/7 environment
- Expertise in Windows/Linux operating systems and network fundamentals
