Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure during night shift hours
- Provide remote technical support to global clients via ticketing systems
- Perform system diagnostics and resolve hardware/software issues
- Document all troubleshooting activities in our ITSM platform
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless service continuity
- Conduct proactive system health checks and maintenance
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers with detailed documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working 11 PM - 7 AM schedule
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
