Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on accuracy and empathy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues and account questions for our diverse client base.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all support tickets and interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow and knowledge transfer.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines during night operations.
- Identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback to management to improve service quality.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; equivalent work experience is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with navigating web browsers and software applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and stay focused in a remote or office setting during night hours.
- Reliable internet connection (if working remotely) or access to a quiet workspace.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to the Anchorage office for training (if applicable).
