Responsibilities
- Deliver 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and remote access for enterprise clients
- Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues across Windows/Linux environments
- Document incidents and resolutions using ServiceNow with precision
- Collaborate with global teams during critical outages
- Proactively monitor system health and implement preventative measures
- Maintain SLA compliance with 99.9% uptime targets
- Train junior staff on escalation protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise IT support or helpdesk roles
- Expert knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication for documentation
- Availability for 11 PM - 7 AM CST shifts
