Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support for enterprise systems and infrastructure
- Monitor and resolve IT incidents during night shift hours
- Collaborate with global teams to maintain service continuity
- Document technical issues and solutions in knowledge base
- Execute system maintenance and updates during off-peak hours
- Escalate critical issues to senior engineers when necessary
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of IT support experience

- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
