Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical IT infrastructure during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Resolve Tier 2/3 system outages and security incidents with SLA adherence
- Execute proactive system patching and vulnerability management protocols
- Collaborate with global teams during major incident escalations
- Document all ticket resolutions and knowledge base contributions
- Conduct weekly system health checks and performance optimization
- Maintain strict compliance with NIST and SOC 2 standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise IT support or infrastructure management
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- Ability to work autonomously in high-pressure situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
