Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support via phone, chat, and email to US-based customers during night shifts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in the CRM system accurately and timely.
- Maintain a professional and quiet workspace to ensure uninterrupted support.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Escalate unresolved tickets to senior technical staff when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or technical certification is a plus.
- Stable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office setup.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM EST).
- Proficient in using computers and basic software applications.
