Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot & Resolve: Provide advanced technical support via phone and email to resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
- Ticket Management: Log, track, and manage all incoming support tickets within our CRM system with a focus on First Contact Resolution (FCR).
- System Monitoring: Proactively monitor server performance and network health during the night shift to prevent downtime.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Remote Assistance: Utilize remote desktop tools to guide users through complex troubleshooting steps securely.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for critical technical alerts during off-hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or customer service.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Availability: Must be available to work the 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM shift, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Problem Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
