Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging 1-on-1 virtual tutoring sessions for students in K-12 and higher education.
- Design customized lesson plans and study guides tailored to each student’s unique learning style and goals.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging online learning environment.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and regular feedback reports.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to provide updates on student performance.
- Collaborate with our curriculum team to refine teaching materials and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Math, Science, or a related field (or equivalent teaching experience).
- Proven experience in tutoring, teaching, or mentoring students in a remote or traditional setting.
- Strong command of the English language and excellent grammar skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, understandable terms.
- Proficient with computers, tablets, and reliable internet connectivity.
- Must be available during peak hours and committed to consistent scheduling.
