Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual lessons in core subjects (Math, Science, English, History)
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with state standards and student goalsTrack student progress using our proprietary analytics platform
- Provide constructive feedback and actionable improvement strategies
- Collaborate with parents and academic advisors to ensure student success
- Participate in ongoing curriculum development and training sessions
- Maintain accurate session records and progress documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of teaching/tutoring experience
- Proven expertise in at least two core subjects
- Strong technology proficiency with virtual teaching platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- State teaching certification or equivalent qualification
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
