Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Minnesota academic standards
- Monitor student progress through our analytics dashboard and adjust teaching strategies
- Provide detailed feedback to parents and Learning Hub coordinators bi-weekly
- Participate in ongoing professional development workshops
- Maintain accurate session records and student achievement documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or related field
- 1+ years of tutoring experience (virtual preferred)
- Current Minnesota teaching license or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in virtual classroom tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Background check and fingerprinting clearance
- Availability for weekday evening and weekend sessions
