Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
- Design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze data to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders clearly and confidently.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of professional experience in UX/UI or Graphic Design (Portfolio required).
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Demonstrated ability to handle constructive feedback and iterate on designs rapidly.
