Your Role
In this position, you will serve as the face of our brand, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build lasting relationships with our customer base.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone support.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently with a focus on problem-solving.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to ensure seamless service.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must reside in Columbus, OH (for tax and compliance verification).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
