- Document interactions and update customer profiles in real-time
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Maintain 99% SLA compliance through efficient time management
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience with remote work exposure
- High school diploma; associate degree preferred
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (training provided)

- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
