- Document interactions and maintain detailed case records
- Participate in weekly virtual training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote/hybrid settings
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools
- Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
