- Collaborate with the product team to relay feedback and suggest improvements based on common customer queries.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist users with complex inquiries.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support (1 year minimum).
