- Utilize Express Scribe/Foot pedal for efficient audio processing
- Proofread transcripts for grammar, punctuation, and technical accuracy
- Communicate discrepancies with quality assurance team
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- 65+ WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in medical/legal terminology (CPC/CLPC preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of English grammar and punctuation
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with Express Scribe and digital audio formats
- Flexible availability for 20-25 hours/week
