- Meet daily production quotas and quality assurance standards.
- Communicate effectively with the project management team regarding any audio clarity issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or certification in transcription is preferred.
- Proficient typing speed of at least 60 WPM.
- Excellent command of the English language, including a strong vocabulary.
