Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead cutting-edge research in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to translate theoretical models into practical applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum programming experience (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments
- Strong analytical skills with ability to abstract complex systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with machine learning integration for quantum systems
