Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

- Secure $5M+ in quantum computing research grants annually
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Published 10+ papers in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design using Qiskit, Cirq, or similar frameworks
- Proficiency in quantum hardware interfaces (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Demonstrated experience securing federal research grants (NSF, DOE)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error correction techniques
