Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and cryptography
- Lead experimental research on quantum hardware systems including superconducting qubits and ion traps
- Develop quantum software frameworks and error-correction protocols
- Publish breakthrough research in leading scientific journals and present at international conferences
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to develop hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Mentor junior researchers and foster cross-functional innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum computing theory, quantum information, and quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
