- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine moderation strategies and policies
- Analyze chat trends to identify emerging risks and opportunities for community growth
- Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and user interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in content moderation, customer support, or community management
- Exceptional written communication skills with neutral, professional tone
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-volume chat environments
- Strong cultural sensitivity and understanding of digital community dynamics
- Proficient in using moderation tools (e.g., ModSquad, Talkdesk, Zendesk)
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with 95%+ accuracy
- Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet connection
